Cuyahoga Community College’s Saturday Family Academy (SFA) is a program dedicated to facilitating parental involvement in education which is critical and necessary to student success. Saturday Family Academy engages the entire family including young children ages 4 and up, and offers innovative instruction and advising in many crucial areas including education, personal and professional development, career and technical training, leadership development and financial education. Saturday Family Academy is also aligned with the College’s key objective of nurturing and growing Tri-C’s legacy of community engagement and collaboration. Hundreds of families have already participated and benefited from their participation

  • Chess instruction for ages 8-18
  • Educational and career opportunities
  • Personal & professional development
  • Financial literacy
  • Community resources
  • Activities for children ages 4-7

 

Fall 2014 SFA begins Saturday, September 20 10:00AM-1:00PM at the Tri-C Metropolitan Campus Center in MCC10 and continues October 4 and 18, November 1 and 15, and December 6. Families register and sign-in from 9:30-9:45AM. Classes begin promptly at 10:00AM. Registration is FREE and includes all 6 fall sessions.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Completed applications can be scanned and returned by email to [email protected] or faxed to 216-987-4941
