Congratulations to the Burten, Bell, Carr development team who secured one of the coveted tax-credits awards to finance their project to build affordable housing on vacant lots on Colfax Road and Minnie Street. 36 two- and three-story homes will be built for rent, and then eventually for purchase. This is a great opportunity for the whole organization and for the community!
