BBC has posted a new page to its website with information related to the $100 million redevelopment of the Garden Valley Estates. It outlines the project and why the total replacement of the existing estates was warranted. Renderings of the proposed project and a site plan for the entire portion of the Garden Valley neighborhood south of Kinsman Road have also been included. Plus, there’s information about other investment occurring in the neighborhood, including the new Anton Grdina preK-8 school and renderings of it.
