Forty new construction single family homes will be available for low- to moderate-income families in winter 2012.  As lease-to-purchase housing, the homes will be made available to qualified income-eligible families on a rental basis. At the end of fifteen years, the household will have the opportunity to purchase its home at a substantially reduced price.
