Hill Place homes on Woodland Avenue near East 75th Street

Mount Sinai Ministries, BBC, and Rysar Properties embarked on the redevelopment of the former East Woodland Estates (now called “Hill Place” in honor of a previous pastor of the church), an apartment complex built in the 1970’s.  This development is located at the southwest corner of East 75th Street and Woodland Avenue.  Forty townhome units were completely renovated and sold.
