Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc. has been active in the development of market-rate and subsidized affordable housing since the founding of the organization in 1990.
In an effort to restore the residential fabric of neighborhoods devastated by blight and abandonment, BBC has implemented a total of eleven housing developments. To date, the organization has placed over seven hundred fifty housing units into service. More than four hundred of these are single-family homeownership units, by far than any other community development corporation in Cleveland within the current decade. Please use the menu at the right-hand side of this page to read about each of BBC’s completed and under-construction housing developments.
Information about recent housing development projects, including East Central Townhomes, St. John’s Village West Family Homes, and New Community Place, is also available on BBC’s website.
