Woodland Ave Construction to begin soon!

Please attend a public meeting to learn more about the rehabilitation of Woodland Ave from E. 53rd St – E. 86th Streets

When: Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 6:00PM

Where: Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 7510 Woodland Ave.

Council Members Kenneth Johnson, Phyllis Cleveland, and Mamie Mitchell, along with the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects invite you to attend a public meeting that will discuss the Woodland Ave./Buckeye Rd. rehabilitation. The construction will take place from E. 53rd St. to E. 86th St., and from Woodland Ave. to Ambler St. The meeting will be taking place on Woodland Avenue at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.

Agencies to be represented include: City of Cleveland-Division of Engineering & Construction, Terrace Construction Co., Inc. (Contractor), Fairfax Renaissance Development Corp., Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc., and Buckeye Area Development Corp.

CMSD Public Meeting Announcement

Garden Valley Community Meetings

Residents in the Garden Valley area are invited to come learn about CMHA’s “Vision for a New Community”.

CMHA will be hosting a series of public meetings regarding the plans for redeveloping Garden Valley Housing Estates, located between E. 68th – E. 79th Streets along Kinsman Road. Residents are encouraged to attend one of the three following meetings:

Tuesday, October 16th at 1:30 pm
Wednesday, October 24th at 5:30 pm
Thursday, November 1st at 10:00 am

All meetings will take place at the Garden Valley Community Center, located at 3060 E. 73rd Street.
