Restoring Stability Program

Federally funded mortgage assistance administered by Ohio’s Housing Finance Agency.

Up to $25k benefits for qualified borrowers
Full mortgage payment for up to 15 months

Servicer Administered Mortgage Assistance Programs

Federally created modification program (HAMP) and servicer in-house programs

Cover variety of options for struggling homeowners—including both home retention and liquidation options
Temporary reduced payment plans for those without steady and permanent income
Short sale and deed in lieu programs for those who requiring a graceful exit

Latest available information of landmark $25 billion servicer abuse settlement.

For select homeowners the settlement is intended to provide:

Modifications with principal reduction
Refinances for underwater borrowers
Cash payments to those whose homes were lost to foreclosure between January, 2008 and December, 2011

Attention Residents!!!

Are you aware that K&M Deli has applied for a liquor license on E. 79th Street, in the Kinsman neighborhood after they promised they would not?

Do we actually need another liquor license operation in our neighborhood?


Well, get on the bus with us to the public hearing in Columbus, OH on January 12, 2010.   The bus will leave from Burten, Bell, Carr Development’s office, 7201 Kinsman Road, Suite 104 at 8:30am.  We will return to Cleveland by 5pm.
