Register and represent your neighborhood in the Six Week Health Challenge. At the kick off event FREE health screenings, line dancing, cooking demonstrations, refreshments, raffle prizes, music and fun for the whole family!
The Six Week Health Challenge is part of the Healthy Communities Initiative – a collaborative effort between Cleveland Clinic and community partners to promote optimal health and wellness. Based on the Community Health Needs Assessment and utilizing combined resources within our local communities, these programs will be customized around three core areas: education, nutrition and physical activity.
