- Bring the Necessary Document (child’s birth certificate, immunization record and proof of address) and register on-site!

Free School Supplies !

To receive supplies, books, and Carnival tickets, parent/guardians must:

Bring each child’s student assignment letter
Attend 2 (two) workshop held during the roundup
Note: school supplies are limited to 2packs per family
Free breakfast and lunch served
Free raffle (prizes include bicycles, gift cards, uniform vouchers, and much more)
Shuttle bus transportation provide
