Garden Valley Demolition Update

As part of phase I of the Hope VI redevelopment of the Garden Valley Estates, nineteen of twenty-three buildings concentrated between Sidaway Avenue and East 73rd Street have been razed. The remaining four buildings are concentrated around the Sidaway Bridge, and will likely be demolished in the coming days. The only building with frontage on the south side of Kinsman in that span is the Garden Valley Neighborhood House.
